- 250gorganic green lentils
- 200gorganic candied peppers
- 30 to 40clorganic coconut milk
- a few browns of organic coriander
- 240gorganic basmati rice

Preparation tips
- Cook the lentils in a casserole dish with 75cl of cold water (based on 4 people) for 25min. Add salt halfway through cooking.
- Meanwhile, drain and cut the peppers into strips.
- Cook the rice for 10 to 15 minutes in a pan of boiling salted water.
- Check that the lentils are cooked and drain them, put them back in the casserole with the coconut milk (to measure according to your taste), the candied peppers, the curry, the pepper, reheat for 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped coriander and enjoy with the rice.
